Role and Responsibilities

Leachman Buick GMC Cadillac is seeking a friendly yet highly motivated BDC Representative. We are growing, and this is a great opportunity to join a winning team.  Business Development Representative: 

  • Follow the direction of the BDC Manager & Sales Management Team.
  • Create positive public relations while effectively managing timelines.
  • Aquire new customers and improve CSI/SSI according to company targets.
  • Regulary update and refine customer data to ensure quality and accuracy. 
  • Maintain a consistently positive and engaging demeanor during phone conversations.
  • Effectively manage heavy phone contact while providing excellent customer service. 
  • Be invested in driving the dealership's success and achieving goals.

 Qualification and skills:

  • Valid and clean Driver’s record for the past two years.
  • Strong time management skills, teamwork, attention to detail, productivity, and sales orientation. 
  • Pre-employment background check and drug screening required.
  • Ability to work in a Process Driven Work Environment.
  • Proficient in navigating and managing multiple software applications simultaneously. 
  • Quick and efficient in acquiring new skills.
