Leachman Buick GMC Cadillac is seeking a friendly yet highly motivated BDC Representative. We are growing, and this is a great opportunity to join a winning team. Business Development Representative:
- Follow the direction of the BDC Manager & Sales Management Team.
- Create positive public relations while effectively managing timelines.
- Aquire new customers and improve CSI/SSI according to company targets.
- Regulary update and refine customer data to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a consistently positive and engaging demeanor during phone conversations.
- Effectively manage heavy phone contact while providing excellent customer service.
- Be invested in driving the dealership's success and achieving goals.
Qualification and skills:
- Valid and clean Driver’s record for the past two years.
- Strong time management skills, teamwork, attention to detail, productivity, and sales orientation.
- Pre-employment background check and drug screening required.
- Ability to work in a Process Driven Work Environment.
- Proficient in navigating and managing multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Quick and efficient in acquiring new skills.
